Coffee Station – Regular/Decaf/Tea
Basic Beverage Package – juices, sodas, iced tea, water, glassware, ice, white beverage napkins & stir sticks. Set up and Clean up of Tables, Chairs, Wait Staff, Chinaware, Silverware, White Table Cloths.

5 Hour Time Frame for wedding reception. Additional Hour $250.00

During Peak Season (June – October) the package pricing is based on 100 people or more for Franklin Room 150 people or more for Gatsby Room. If under minimum people a room fee may apply. Room Clean up Fee – $100.00
$495.00 for 1 hour Ceremony.

Dessert
Client’s Cake OR Cupcakes.
Vendor/Client is responsible for all set – up and displaying of desserts. Client will provide dessert to-go bags/boxes and napkins.

Details
You can bring in your favors and decorations of your choice.
No confetti, glitter or bubbles allowed. Can not tape, 3m anything to the walls, doors, mirrors or railings.

Deposit of $1,500.00 is required to hold date and time of party.

Deposit Option- Certified Bank Check (payable to The Villa Banquets) or Cash.

Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable once received.

Menu is due one (1) month prior to event.

Final count due fifteen (15) days prior to event.

Balance is due ten (10) days prior to event.

All bills are subjected to NYS Sales Tax and a 24% Administrative Surcharge.

Administrative surcharge is not a gratuity. All employees are paid hourly. Additional gratuity paid to staff is at the discretion of the host.

Final Payment Option- Certified Bank Check (payable to The Villa Banquets) or Cash. Credit Cards are not accepted.
