Your guaranteed number of guests given is on the basis of which you will be charged regardless of attendance.
If your attendance is greater than your given guaranteed number, you will be charged accordingly. If attendance falls below the guaranteed number, you will be charged for the guaranteed number. Client is responsible to pay for each guest attending.
